§ 58-67. Penalties.

Any person failing to comply with the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, forfeit not less than $75.00 nor more than $500.00, plus costs of prosecution, for each violation. Each day a violation occurs or continues may constitute a separate offense. Any person in default of payment of forfeitures and costs who is not found indigent by the court shall be imprisoned in the county jail for up to 30 days or until payment has been made.
