§ 48-163. Public sewage disposal facilities.

When in the opinion of the county planner, public sewer facilities are available to the land division or subdivision, the subdivider shall construct sanitary sewerage facilities in such a manner as to make adequate public sewerage service available to each lot within the subdivision.
