§ 48-162. Monuments.

Each subdivision shall be monumented in accordance with requirements set forth in Wis. Stats. § 236.15. In instances where topography is such that extensive grading is required, the subdivider may, with the approval of the town, place monuments after grading is completed, provided the subdivider executes a surety bond, in an amount determined by the town and county planner, to ensure that monuments will be placed within the required time.
