§ 48-9. Compliance with planning agency's conditions.

Regulation of the subdivision of land and the attachment of reasonable conditions to land subdivision are an exercise of valid police power delegated by the state to this county. The subdivider has the duty of compliance with reasonable conditions mandated by the county planning agency for design, dedication and improvement of the land so as to conform to the development of the unincorporated areas of the county and to the safety and general welfare of future lot owners and the community at large.
