§ 48-8. Amendments to chapter.

Latest version.

For the purpose of protecting the public health, safety and general welfare, the county board may from time to time amend provisions imposed by these subdivision regulations. Amendments shall be made by the county board upon the recommendation of the county planning agency and after a public hearing as required by state statutes.
