§ 42-82. Procedures, fees and charges.

(a)

The committee shall have the authority to establish fees for use of any facility.

(b)

Permits shall be issued only to a responsible person, 18 years or older, who is a member of the group for whom the permit is being obtained. Permits for consumption of alcohol beverages shall only be issued to individuals 21 years of age or older.

(c)

The individual signing the permit form shall be responsible for any damage or improper conduct in connection with the permit.

(d)

Permits for alcohol beverage consumption by groups of ten people or more must be obtained at least one week before the scheduled event.

(e)

Permits for the consumption of alcohol beverages are not required for registered campers in campsites consisting of nine or fewer persons or for boaters in boats containing nine or fewer persons.

(f)

Permits for Columbia Park and Waupun Park shall be issued by the county planning and parks office or the campground host or hosts of Columbia Park and Waupun Park, respectively. Permits for Roosevelt Park, Highway 45 Wayside Park and Wolf Lake Park shall be issued by the county planning and parks office.
