§ 42-81. Permits

Latest version.

The following activities or uses require the issuance of a permit:
(1)

Consumption of alcohol beverages by groups of ten persons or more.

(2)

To use land within a park for any commercial or business purpose.

(3)

Camping in a park.

(4)

Use of enclosed halls, shelters or pavilions.

(5)

To launch a boat at any boat launch facility.
