§ 30-71. Penalty and enforcement.

Any person who violates this article after being advised of the stated prohibitions shall forfeit $25.00 for each occasion of violation. The sheriff's department shall be the enforcement agency or such other agencies or individuals as may be so designated by the sheriff.
