§ 30-70. Notification to the public.

All buildings or facilities, public outdoor areas and vehicles shall be posted in accordance with the terms of this article and Wis. Stats. § 101.123 by the person in charge of the building, facility, open area or vehicle. The posting shall be at the entryway to all county facilities and such other locations as shall be deemed necessary by the person in charge of the building, facility, vehicle or area to appropriately notify any person of the fact that no smoking is allowed in the facility, building, area or vehicle.
