§ 54-111. State snowmobile laws adopted.

  • The provisions prescribing and defining the proper handling, equipping, and registration of snowmobiles, in Wis. Stats. ch. 350 and Wis. Stats. § 346.02(10), and any existing or future amendments to Wis. Stats. ch. 350 and Wis. Stats. § 346.02(10), are adopted by reference and made a part of this section to the full extent permitted by Wis. Stats. § 349.06. Any act required to be performed by any statute incorporated herein by reference is required by this section, and any act prohibited by any such statute is prohibited by this section. Citations issued for violations of this section shall conform to uniform traffic citation provided for in Wis. Stats. § 345.11. In particular the following state statutes are adopted:
