§ 54-2. Special and seasonal weight limitations.

The county shall have the authority to impose special or seasonal weight limits to prevent injury to the roadway of any highway, bridge or culvert within the jurisdiction of the county or for the safety of users of such highway, bridge or culvert, and shall be responsible for erecting signs giving notice thereof in accordance with Wis. Stats. § 349.16.
