§ 48-41. County planner responsible for administration.

The county planner shall be responsible for the administration of this chapter. He or she shall not engage, either directly or indirectly, in the business of surveying; and no map, plat or subdivision shall be received for record, or have any validity which has been prepared by or under the direction of the county planner in violation of the provisions of this section, or any requirement of this chapter.
