§ 46-206. Interpretation of article.

All restrictions on the use of land is restricted to the objects, growth and use of land within the rights-of-way of the county highways. Whenever it is questionable as to whether or not an object or a part of an object is within the jurisdiction of this article, the entire object shall be considered to be entirely within that jurisdiction.
