§ 44-104. Special exception.

Uses for the general purpose district are as follows:
(1)

Industrial uses may be permitted upon issuance of a special exception permit by the board of adjustment as provided in section 44-353.

(2)

Solid waste disposal may be permitted upon issuance of a permit from the Department, and a special exception permit by the board of adjustment as provided in section 44-353.

(3)

Planned unit developments may be permitted, subject to the provisions of section 44-132 and section 44-353.
