§ 42-141. Beach and boating regulations.

(a)

No person shall tamper with buoys in any swimming area.

(b)

No person shall bathe or swim in waters in or bordering on a county park except in designated areas.

(c)

Glass containers and food are prohibited on beach areas.

(d)

No boats may be launched or navigated in water areas located between the shoreline and protective buoys.

(e)

Rented boat slips are exclusively for the use of individuals renting that space/slip on a seasonal basis.

(f)

Boaters may only dock their boats off the harbor wall or off a boat docked on the harbor wall at Columbia Park.
