§ 42-37. Regulations governing pets.

(a)

No person shall allow his/her dog or cat to enter any building, bathing beach or designated swimming area.

(b)

Dogs shall at all times be kept on a leash less than eight feet long. Other pets shall be effectively restrained or under the owner's control at all times.

(c)

Pet owners shall clean up any feces deposited by their pets.

(d)

No person shall bring or allow any dog or cat into Veterans Memorial Park, whether running or on a leash.
