§ 42-1. Failure to pay admission.

Whoever enters any of the following without paying an admission fee when an admission fee is being charged, shall be subject to the provisions of section 1-8.
(1)

County fairgrounds, fairgrounds building, fairgrounds grandstand area, or an area of the fairgrounds sectioned off by a fence or other device.

(2)

County park, park building, park stage area, or any area of a park sectioned off by a fence or other device.

(3)

County trail or outdoor recreation area.
