§ 34-63. Determination of financial status of prisoner required.

Before seeking any reimbursement under this article, the sheriff department shall follow the provisions set forth in Wis. Stats. § 302.372, as amended from time to time, for determining the financial status of any prisoner for whom reimbursement is sought.
