§ 34-31. Application of article.

Latest version.

This article shall apply to private and public functions and gatherings desiring and requesting the county deputy reserve to be in attendance. These events and functions include, but not exclusively, picnics, sports events, parades, fairs, carnivals, circuses, dances, sales events, and auctions.
