§ 32-7. Penalty.

(a)

Any person who has willfully violated any provision of this chapter or any lawful order issued under this chapter shall forfeit not less than $50.00 nor more than $500.00. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

Payment of any such forfeiture shall be stayed during the period in which any appeal may be taken and during the pendency of any appeal.
