§ 30-284. Penalties.

Any person who has violated or continues to violate this article shall be subject to a forfeiture of not less than $500.00 nor more than $2,500.00 for each violation of this article. In the event a violator fails to take the remedial measures set forth in the notice of violation or otherwise fails to cure the violations described therein within the set time period specified by the code enforcement office, after the code enforcement office has taken one or more of the actions described above, each day the violation remains unremedied after receipt of the notice of violation shall constitute a separate violation of this article.
