§ 30-274. Responsibility for administration.

The Fond du Lac County Code Enforcement Office and/or its agents shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this article. Any powers granted or duties imposed upon the code enforcement office may be delegated by the code enforcement officer to persons or entities acting in the beneficial interest of or in the employ of the agency.
