§ 26-37. Exchange areas covered by operational plan.

  • The system established in this article shall be provided to all telephone users in the following telephone exchanges, except as excluded under section 26-36(f) or as otherwise authorized by the PSC:

    Those users in the New Holstein exchange (920-898, GTE) who reside in the county will continue to be serviced by the Calumet County Basic 9-1-1 system.

    (2)

    Those users in the Kiel exchange (920-894, GTE) who reside in the county will continue to be serviced by the Manitowoc County Basic 9-1-1 system.

    (3)

    Those users in the Lomira exchange (920-269, GTE) who reside in the county will continue to be serviced by the Dodge County Basic 9-1-1 system.

    (4)

    Those users in the Markesan exchange (920-398, GTE) who reside in the county will not have 9-1-1 service until Green Lake County implements a system.
