§ 10-32. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Assembly means a company of persons gathered together at any location at any single time for any purpose.

People or person means any individual natural human being, partnership, corporation, firm, company, association, society or group.
